People have created notions in their minds that if someone is doing engineering, it is difficult for him to get a job, especially a job with a good salary. Karthik Jolapara, a developer at JP Morgan, shared a screenshot of a profile on , received an attractive salary offer from Google. According to the screenshot, the man was offered the role of Senior Software Engineer and the offer included a salary of Rs 65 lakh per annum plus an annual bonus of Rs 9 lakh, a signing bonus of Rs 19 lakh and a relocation bonus of Rs 5 lakh.

While sharing the screenshot, Jolapara wrote in his post, “What can 10 years of experience get you? Crazy offer.”

This post was posted on September 28 and at the time of writing it has been viewed more than 1.27 lakh times. There have been a lot of comments on the post, in which some people were surprised, but some believed that this number is minor.
