HP launches ‘world’s thinnest laptop’ in India, know the price and specifications

HP has finally launched its Spectre 13 laptop in India. HP claims that the Spectre 13 is the world’s thinnest laptop. With a thickness of 10.4 mm, this laptop is thinner than Apple’s 12-inch MacBook and 13-inch MacBook Air. The price of this laptop in India has been kept at Rs 1,19,990 and its sale will start from Saturday.

The HP Spectre 13 weighs 1.11 kg which is heavier than the MacBook at 0.92 grams but lighter than the 13-inch MacBook at 1.35 kg. Apart from the dimensions, the company has given all the premium features in this laptop and the Spectre 13 is the first device with HP’s new logo designed for the premium range. This laptop was first introduced in April.

The laptop is made of carbon fiber and aluminum to make it lighter. The Aichi 13 comes in a two-tone finish with a copper-color spine. This laptop comes with three USB Type-C ports. The Specter 13 has a 13.3-inch full HD WLED-backlit IPS display with a 0.4mm Corning Gorilla Glass 4 layer.

This laptop has a full-size Iceland-style backlit keyboard. This laptop also has dual HP speakers from Bang & Olufsen.

HP has not compromised on the specifications in this laptop. This 64-bit Windows 10 laptop is powered by Intel’s 6th generation Core i5 or Core i7 processor which comes with Intel HD graphics. The laptop has 512GB SSD storage and 8GB LPDDR3-1866MHz RAM.

The company claims that the 4-cell 38 WHr lithium-ion battery provided in this device can run the laptop for up to 9.5 hours on a single charge.
