Honor MagicBook Pro 16 With AI Features to be Presented At MWC

Chinese consumer electronics company Honor’s MagicBook Pro 16 can be launched this year with new hardware. About four years ago, this laptop was introduced with a 16.1-inch display in various CPU options. Its new version will be introduced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event being held in Barcelona, ​​Spain with upgraded specifications and more powerful processor. Artificial Intelligence (AI) features will also be available in it.

Honor has revealed in a post on social media platform X that a new version of the MagicBook Pro 16 will be unveiled at MWC from February 26-29. Company has claimed that this laptop is better than the laptops of its competitors. It has a Magic Link feature through which personal computers, tablets and smartphones can be connected to the laptop. The 56 Wh battery of MagicBook Pro 16 supports 65 W fast charging. It can be charged up to 80 percent in one hour. The weight of this laptop is 1.7 kg. For connectivity, it has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, three USB Type-A ports, one USB Type-C port and HDMI port.

The company’s Magic 6 series and Magic V2 will also be launched internationally at MWC. Recently, the company introduced Magic 6 and Honor Magic 6 Pro in China. These smartphones run on MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. These have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC as a processor. Honor Magic V2 RSR is a Porsche design branded version of the Magic V2 foldable smartphone.

The former Huawei subsidiary had teased the launch of the Honor Magic 6, Magic 6 Pro, and Magic V2 RSR at MWC in a post on X. The poster provided by the company carried the tagline ‘Discover the Magic’. The Honor Magic 6 is priced at CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs. 50,000) for the base 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The Honor Magic 6 Pro is priced at CNY 5,699 (roughly Rs. 65,000) for the base 12GB + 256GB variant.
