Apple’s new MacBook laptops may be launched on October 27

Apple is going to hold an event on October 27. This has been claimed in many media reports. In the event, the company is expected to introduce new generation devices of MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptops.

Many reports have claimed that the new version of MacBook Pro will have USB Type-C and Thunderbolt 3 ports. It has also been reported that MagSafe, regular USB and Thunderbolt 2 ports are going to be removed from the new MacBook Pro.

If the old claims are to be believed, then we can expect some major updates in the MacBook Pro. The function buttons on the keyboard may be replaced by an OLED panel. The panel will be integrated with Touch ID, after which it will be possible to access the laptop through fingerprint.

The new MacBook Air will also come with USB Type-C connectivity. Apart from this, there are also plans to bring a monitor with 5K resolution in the Mac lineup. It was claimed that the company has partnered with LG for this product.
